The interviewer was a very chill second-year student. We had about 20 minutes of interview questions and the rest was asking the interviewer questions.

Why are you a good fit for Anderson?
How would you contribute to Anderson?
Tell me about a time you worked in a team on a process.
Tell me about a time you failed.
Any questions for me?
