I interviewed in late Oct 2022 with an alum that had a very similar background to mine.
A lot of questions focused on my current work and industry since we had that in common.
Besides that there were typical and expected behavioral questions:
-Why an MBA?
-Why LBS?
-Why London?
-Why an MBA now?
-How I dealt with team conflicts?
-What impact I’m the most proud of?
-Challenges at work?
-Career visions- followed up on this.
-What other schools I’m interested in and pressed further on my choices?
