Interviewed with an alum and it was very friendly and conversational. Questions were behavioral in nature:
- Tell me about yourself.
- Describe a time when you were forward thinking.
- Describe a time when you lead a difficult team.
Went really in depth with follow-up questions to try and get to know you on a personal level.
