Why did you make the decision to attend business school? Why now?
I found there was a limit to learning more from my current job. Also, I was thinking of how to make a greater impact and give back to the society. Consequently, attending an MBA came to my mind.

Why did you choose OSU Fisher? What factors figured most prominently into your decision of where to attend?
I care about the community the most. OSU Fisher has a strong bond and emphasizes a lot on teamwork. “Holding each other accountable” is what we always keep in mind.

What do you think is your most valuable or differentiating contribution to the Class of 2025?
The experience of working in HR consulting firm

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that didn’t get included on your application:
I have great interest in aroma therapy, and I have a certificate from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.

Post-MBA career interests:
I would like to dive into HR roles, especially HRBP or the Learning and Development field.

Advice for Current Prospective Applicants:
–What is one thing you would absolutely do again as part of your application process?
Talk to the alumni/current students from the school!

–What is one thing you would change or do differently?
Apply and get prepared as early as I can.

–What is one part you would have skipped if you could—and what helped you get through it?
Taking the GMAT/GRE test. I tried really hard to balance the time between work and test preparation. Resilience and never giving up let me finally pass through the process.

What is your initial impression of the OSU Fisher students/culture/community?
Warm and always willing to help!

What is one thing you have learned about OSU Fisher that has surprised you?
How fun and crazy the football games’ culture is!

Time management- whether I can keep the balance between school work, networking activities, and finding an internship

What is one thing you are most excited about in your first year?
Meeting and connecting with my amazing cohort!
