My Zoom interview with a second-year student was warm and conversational. The interviewer did not have access to my application or resume, so it was a blank-slate conversation. We started with casual back and forth, an explanation of the interview format, and then jumped right in.

– Tell me about an experience working with someone from a background different than your own. What did you learn?
