I didn’t plan to interview for UNC Kenan-Flagler, but ended up doing it and having a great experience. It was resume-based and very conversational, with an AdCom, online.
The questions were pretty standard:
- Why MBA?
- Why now?
- Why UNC Kenan-Flagler?
- What are your goals?
- Any experiences with diverse teams?
- Any leadership experiences?
- What would you add to the school’s community?
- Any questions for me?
