The Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business MBA Class of 2027 brings together a dynamic group of leaders who embody Tepper’s data-driven mindset, collaborative culture, and spirit of innovation. Meet six new members of the class in this edition of Real Humans: MBA Students.

To start, Grace McPartlin (Gomez), a former U.S. Army Logistics Officer and Captain, is leveraging her six years in Special Operations to transition into business development in the energy sector, drawn to Tepper’s structured, mentorship-driven support for veterans. Then, Kevin Rose, also a West Point graduate and Army veteran, combines his military leadership and entrepreneurial experience to pursue consulting or operations strategy, inspired by Tepper’s balance of analytics, leadership, and tight-knit community. We also meet Levi Pingrey, a Civil Engineering honors graduate from West Point and former Armor Officer; he is pivoting from the Army to management consulting, valuing Tepper’s data-focused curriculum and the camaraderie of its Veterans Association. And Prajju Mantha, a former senior sales operations analyst in tech, brings a blend of analytical and human-centered skills to pursue product marketing and management, finding Tepper’s tech-forward, collaborative culture the perfect fit. Rachel Hagani, a CMU alum and former Medtronic R&D engineer, returned to her alma mater to bridge engineering and entrepreneurship as she works toward launching her own MedTech startup through Tepper’s Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship.
