The Duke University Fuqua School of Business employment report for the Daytime MBA graduating Class of 2025 is live.
Of the 350 graduating members, 315 were seeking employment. 82.2 percent of the Duke Fuqua Daytime MBA class had received an offer of full-time employment by three months post-graduation. Seventy-nine percent accepted offers within the same time frame. The Duke Fuqua class boasts success across 106 unique employers such as Accenture, Amazon, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs and Microsoft.
The median base salary dipped to $160,000 compared to the school’s recent record high of $175,000. The median signing bonus, reported by 85.1 percent of graduates, held steady at $30,000.
“For many students, the MBA represents a chance to pivot, step into a new industry, function, or region, and redefine what their career can be. Behind every statistic in the employment report are people who are taking bold steps to transform their careers, families, and futures. While job offers and salaries are important outcomes, the true measure of career success at Fuqua goes much deeper,” said Ed Bernier, Assistant Dean for Daytime MBA Career Services, in the school’s announcement.
