The INSEAD MBA 2025 employment report reveals that their graduates have defied global economic uncertainty with far-reaching, diverse success. Two hundred and fifty-seven companies hired INSEAD MBAs across 57 countries, the widest spread among leading MBA programs. Sixty-five percent of the class changed sector, country or function, while an impressive 14 percent achieved the “triple jump” (all three changes).

Rhoda Yap, Executive Director of Career Development Centre at INSEAD, stated in the report announcement, “The INSEAD MBA Employment Statistics for the Class of 2025 show how an INSEAD MBA equips graduates to build global, adaptable careers in a fragmented economy.”

There were 929 MBA graduates between the INSEAD December 2024 and July 2025 classes, and 902 (97 percent) of them sought employment. Within three months of graduation, 81 percent had received at least one job offer. Five percent began their own companies upon completing the program, and 33 percent found employment through school-facilitated activities. The mean salary for the class is reported at €102,200 and the median salary at €100,000. The overall median signing bonus landed at €28,900.

Technology, media, and telecommunications jobs recruited 18 percent of INSEAD grads. Seventeen percent went into corporate sectors, which include healthcare, energy, manufacturing, luxury goods and more, and 15 percent pursued roles in financial services.
