Green leads admissions efforts across all academic programs including each MBA format and the Master of Science in Business Analytics. In this role, he oversees enrollment strategy, candidate evaluation, and community curation.
Bringing a unique hybrid perspective to higher education leadership, Willie’s multi-industry background spans elite MBA admissions and executive talent acquisition for global tech leaders. He previously managed undergraduate admissions at the University of Michigan, led MBA admissions efforts at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and served in senior talent acquisition roles at Amazon and Google. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
Willie is passionate about demystifying the business school application process through transparency, authenticity, and clear alignment. When evaluating candidates, his team looks beyond static metrics to identify self-awareness, resilience, and genuine leadership potential focusing on how students will actively contribute to Darden’s student-centered learning culture. Believing the admissions journey should be an empowering process of self-reflection, Willie takes pride in guiding prospective students as they discover their school fit and articulate their long-term vision.
