30-minutes interview. Structured, but less strict than others have reported. Interviewer was very warm and conversational, although we did hit on very structured questions.

- Tell me about an accomplishment you’re proud of and why it was meaningful to you.
- Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict.
- Why an MBA? (Didn’t get a question about short- and long-term goals, but this may have been because we already covered it.
- Why is the quote you submitted important to you?
- How would you contribute to the community?
- What clubs would you want to be involved with at Yale SOM?
- Is there anything you wish I’d asked?
- What questions do you have?
