Meet the Real Humans of the ESCP Business School MBA Class of 2027! Bringing together professionals from across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, this diverse cohort arrives with experience spanning law, entrepreneurship, finance, asset management, and hospitality.

To start, Maximilian L. Diederichs joins ESCP from Bonn, Germany, with a background in corporate law and entrepreneurship. After qualifying as a lawyer and gaining experience in M&A at Bird & Bird, he also co-founded a premium rosé wine business. Now, he hopes to combine his legal expertise with stronger financial and strategic skills to transition into private capital advisory in London. Next, Agustín Dartigues Cámara brings an entrepreneurial mindset and extensive legal experience from Mexico City. As co-founder of legal services marketplace Legalter and Chief Legal Officer of hospitality company Grupo Lopetegui, he has worked at the intersection of law, business strategy, and operations. Eager to move from advising businesses to building them, Agustín chose ESCP for its entrepreneurial ecosystem, international exposure, and welcoming community.

We also meet Krishna Kapadia, from Mumbai, who brings a strong foundation in accounting and global financial services to the Class of 2027. A Chartered Accountant, she spent nearly three years at Apollo Global Management before joining Brookfield Renewables as a controller, gaining experience in financial reporting, institutional capital, and international portfolios. Seeking to expand beyond financial oversight into strategic leadership, Krishna was attracted to ESCP’s international learning environment, practical consultancy projects, and Fintech specialization in Turin. Rounding out the group is Ingrid Vatsiou, a Stockholm native with Greek and Swedish roots and an international career in private markets risk and fund management at JPMorgan Asset Management and Blackstone. Having lived and worked across several European countries, she brings a multicultural perspective and deep expertise in financial markets to ESCP. Ingrid chose the program for its pan-European structure, entrepreneurial spirit, and emphasis on innovation and purpose-driven leadership. She hopes to leverage her experience in risk and fund finance to transition into real estate asset management, where she can make a greater commercial impact.

Together, these four students illustrate the breadth of experience, global perspectives, and entrepreneurial ambition that define the ESCP MBA Class of 2027. Read on to learn more about their journeys to business school, their career aspirations, and their advice for future MBA applicants.
