I've been waitlisted at Ross and Darden. Post MBA target career is IB and I'm really torn between trying to get off any of the wait list or choose between Emory and Vanderbilt. Not sure which one gives me the best chance for IB recruitment among the two. International student with 5 YOE in audit with 4 years at a big 4.

Very much undecided, still waiting to hear back from McCombs, Rice, and Anderson. If I don't get into any of those three then I'll definitely go with Duke, but I really couldn't possibly say where I'm leaning without seeing where I stand with the rest of the schools whose decisions I am still awaiting.

Post MBA Goal: Consulting (MBB ideal but worried my GRE score will make me not competitive and that I will go into debt trying. Good with Tier2 and healthcare specific firms.) Open to LDP's and Corp strat roles too.

Location: West Coast ideally, can be flexible if increases odds consulting (did not get into any of the Big 4 CA schools).

I'm still deciding as Cornell would be about 100k more expensive over 2 years. I have 5 YOE in tech consulting and am open to PM, consulting, and tech.
I'm worried if I picked GT it would lock me into being tech focused, while Cornell keeps my options open. I'd prefer to be in the northeast after graduation. Looking for advice and suggestions.

Notes:

IESE ($) - 30k EUR
Duke ($$) - 75k USD

Duke means $30k more debt due to healthcare, but the US market offers $150k+ salaries for quick repayment. IESE is cheaper but fewer high-paying jobs to repay loan quick (all in Middle East and Asia).

I aim to pay in 3-4 years and return to LATAM. Any advice? Do I have chance for negotiating any offer?

Will be pursuing operations and want to stay in Georgia after graduation. UGA has given a full ride as well as additional $20k scholarship. GA Tech has given a $10k total scholarship. Primarily concerned about cost as well as career opportunities. GA tech is more prestigious and seems to be better for operations, but the debt is high.

Late 20s, ~5 yrs IT, low six-figure pre-MBA, aiming for PM or tech strategy in legal tech/fintech. Choosing between Yale SOM MBA (75% scholarship, much lower cost) vs Columbia MBAxMS (50% scholarship, NYC, higher debt). Does the dual degree/NYC materially improve PM outcomes enough to justify the extra cost?
