Post Grad school, the plan is to live in Southern California (where family is). SMU was my undergrad, UCI offers me the area I want to be in the job market. If USC admits me (I have not interviewed so not likely) that would be the top of my list. Is it better to go Georgetown rather than UCI even if I plan on living in SoCal post school? Thoughts?

ASU- 100% scholarship + GA
UNC- no scholarship
Background- bba, 6+ years of experience in financial sector- financial crimes precisely (4 years-natwest , 2+ years at Revolut
My goals- ideally in fintech consulting or general mgt.
confused if I go with higher ranked uni (education loan - $200k) or the one that's offering full scholarship

I am looking to pursue consulting in Chicago.
While my stats aren't stellar, I pushed myself to pursue extracurriculars.

Really take the time to get to know the current students and network with the cohort. Student ambassadors are willing to help quite a bit, with interviews, connections, and more. Lean on them!

Very happy and lucky with the results considering I only applied to 3 schools and had limited extracurriculars. Was interviewed at all 3. Looking forward to Yale!

All schools will be fully funded by military benefits. Currently waitlisted at NYU and Columbia. Looking to get into consulting in NYC or Austin, TX.

Super happy with the results. UNC is my top choice after Duke rejected without interview. I was very intentional with the school locations, and another priority was to minimize the cost of attendance. So glad to push through with a GMAT retake in Feb 2025. Celebrating the admission decisions and my 25th birthday this weekend. Female applicant.

Waitlisted at Booth. I'm leaning towards ASU. My goal is to go into MBB in New York. I need professional help as I didn't think i was going to get into Yale. People on reddit has said that I should take Yale. Curious to hear advice from the professionals. I have 8 years on real estate pivoting into strategy consulting.

Impact of scholarship money, geographic constraints - wanna pay off loan in 3-5years, work in consulting preferably social impact. Need to decide between Tepper ($$) and reapplying next year

Did not realize Ross was so well-rounded, better than Cornell and Yale for MBB volume. Worth effort to grind the WL for Duke and/or Darden? Ross ($$) vs Duke vs Darden, $$ depending.

Foregoing UNC/Tepper. K/Y unlikely. C-?

Uncertain about which school is better for NYC Investment banking / known for getting students into those roles. Ross placement report shows about 11% to IB, and Darden shows something like 25% to financial services (unclear how much to IB).

My primary goal is to pursue an in-house strategy role in supply chain or civil / construction. However because my goals are more niche, I plan to recruit for consulting as a solid foundation/internship option. Wondering if the extra money is worth Fuqua when I have a full ride to Scheller. I want to stay in the southeast and I don't care about MBB

I got admitted to UMD/Smith, BU/Questrom, SMU Cox, Darden, Duke, Vanderbilt, BU came with full funding. Now trying to decide btw Owen and Fuqua. Owen gave me more scholarship money. Is it possible to negotiate more money with Owen using BU/Questrom? Still waiting on Booth’s decision too. Someone help me decide

Awaiting Kellogg decision, but struggling to decide between Ross & Fuqua now with end goal being moving into marketing in retail/CPG sector.
