Notes:

I was waitlisted at both CBS and MIT Sloan in R2 and admitted in R3 /post R3. Patience is key and stay engaged if you’re waitlisted, reflect on what makes you unique and emphasize that to admissions! I’ve worked at FAANG before and want to go back to tech after graduation which is why MIT Sloan was my top choice!

Post MBA Career: Entrepreneurship
GRE: 326

Notes:

Applied to Sloan, GSB & HBS.
The goal has always been to build my business at the intersection of technology and engineering, hence MIT is the best choice for me.
I appreciate the flexibility of the programme most, right after semester 1 all doors are open, unlike GSB/HBS which have some significant core programmes over the whole first year.

I’m super grateful, and I couldn’t go wrong, but at the end I disagreed with people who thought extra loans were worth the ‘better brand’. I loved my visit at MIT, and I felt it had everything I needed for my career. I also appreciate the connection between Sloan and broader MIT, super excited!
