Duke Fuqua MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Alumnus / Off-Campus

In person interview. Very casual conversation, not particularly structured. Reviewed my resume briefly, some questions about my current role. Conversation started by discussing my background, then short-term/long-term goals, teamwork examples, and then “why Fuqua.” Interviewer had great things to say about Fuqua, and helped answer my questions with great detail. Lots of discussion on career goals, I think to both identify school fit as well as career fit. Final question was “what does Team Fuqua mean to you?” Be ready to answer questions about contributions to the school and “Team Fuqua.”
