I interviewed with 2 different alumni and both conversations were pretty casual. Both had why INSEAD, long/short-term goals, how I would adjust to the global environment/pace.
Some interesting questions were:
- How do your friends view my strengths and weaknesses?
- Talk about your personal interests and who you are outside of work.
- How do you view leadership and ambiguity?
Other questions:
- TMAT I dealt with conflict
- TMAT I asked for help
- TMAT I advocated for change
- TMAT I updated a process
