- Walk me through your resume and why you seek an MBA?
- Why Kellogg? (I talked about some things, mostly curriculum and clubs).
- You mentioned the curriculum and other resources. Anything else about Kellogg that you liked?
- Explain long-term goal a little more. (mine was a little unconventional)
- I see you’re a team lead. How would your team-members describe your leadership style? Follow up questions.
- What kind of manager would you see yourself as?
- If you could hit the reset button, what would you do differently?
- How have you grown over the years?
- What will you bring to Kellogg?
- Is there anything in your application that you’re concerned about?
- Any questions for me?
My interviewer was quite pleasant. He catered some questions to my specific background and goals. The interview lasted an hour. We were at a Starbucks and I was the only one in a suit!
