I scheduled my interview for when I was in the Chicago area to kill two birds. I also scheduled a class visit the same evening. My interviewer was a former student and now works in the admissions office. I didn’t really get “questions” rather we talked about my resume and he asked about specifics from it.
- Please walk me through your resume starting with your undergraduate school
- Who was one of your mentors throughout your time at your first position?
- If your mentor were to tell you to accomplish 1 thing for 2012, what would it be?
- What are your short term and long term goals?
- Why MBA at this point in your career?
- Why Kellogg?
Then he opened the floor for me to ask questions. The entire interview (with questions) lasted about 70-75 minutes. A lot longer than I had expected but I didn’t even notice how quickly the time had passed because it was such a comfortable, casual conversation.
Good Luck to everyone!
