The following is a recent applicant’s description of their MIT Sloan MBA admissions interview: Went smoothly. Lasted about 45 mins. Got admitted. The interviewer hardly smiled. Difficult to read. So don’t be discouraged by the lack of smile. Spent the majority of the time talking about my resume and a few behavioral questions. Why B school? Why Sloan? Tell me about the time when you had to deal with a team member who is not pulling his/her weight. what would your friends say your weakness is? What are you planning to do in [city] before you fly back? Any questions for me? For more MIT Sloan MBA admissions interview questions, check out our MIT Sloan Interview Archive!
