I interviewed with Northwestern Kellogg in Round 2 with a second-year student. I was asked behavioral type questions at first, such as:
- Tell me about a time you had to make a tough decision.
- Tell me about a time you had to change course.
- Tell me about a time you receive feedback and how you reacted.
I was then asked questions about:
- Why an MBA?
- What are your career short-/long-term goals?
- Why Kellogg?
I then had time to ask questions of the interviewer. I enjoyed my time interviewing and would recommend to fellow applicants to have several stories they can speak to in STAR format, and to really know their goals, story, and about the specific school.
