CBS MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
Around 40 minutes in total (~25min of interviewer asking questions) Fairly straightforward questions: Tell me about yourself. What are your short- and long-term goals? How does your short-term goal connect to your long-term goal? Why Columbia? How would you contribute to the CBS community? Tell me about a time you made a team more inclusive. Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker. Given your professional and academic background, how would you contribute to the CBS classroom? Read more

INSEAD MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Alumni / Off-Campus
I interviewed with both alumni in person given we happened to be in the same city at the time. We met at a coffee shop, both were very casual and friendly.
