It was a short 30-min to the point interview. The interviewer didn’t have any follow-ups to my questions. He was quite friendly. I was asked the following questions:
1. What was your proudest accomplishment?
2. Tell me about a time you had a different perspective from a co-worker.
3. Why MBA? Why now?
4. What will you contribute to the Yale community?
5. Why was the quote you submitted meaningful to you?
6. Leadership style?
7. Who is your mentor and why?
8. Do you have any questions for me?
Surprisingly, the interview did not start with “tell me about yourself” as other interviews usually do. Just do a bit of research on Yale, and prepare basic interview questions. All the best!
