The following Duke / Fuqua interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
Casual format. Interviewer described her background. Then started with questions:
- Walk me through your résumé
- Why an MBA?
- Describe a time you received constructive feedback. What did you do?
- What would your manager says makes you, unique?
- If you had a teammate at Fuqua who wasn’t pulling his/her weight, what would you do?
- What three things make a team function well?
- Why Fuqua? What makes it special from other schools for you?
- What clubs will you be part of?
Then I had a chance to ask questions.
Process took about 45 minutes. It was clear there was an emphasis on team oriented questions.
