The following Northwestern / Kellogg interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
The interview lasted for 30 min. The interviewer was taking notes while I was answering questions. She was not showing any expressions during the interview and the atmosphere was serious. The questions were as follows:
- Tell me about your career trajectory.
- What do your team members think about you?
- What do you think are some misconceptions about you in your team?
- What are your accomplishments?
- How will you contribute to Kellogg?
- What are your short-term, long term goals?
- What is your back-up plan?
- Why Kellogg?
- Any questions for her?
