The following INSEAD interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
Despite my technology being an initial issues (can’t stress enough how important testing and securing your connection is), the interview was very conversational. I’m based out of the US, and my interviewer was from the UK. After some short banter on my time studying abroad in the UK as an undergrad, we covered the following questions:
1. Walk me through your résumé.
2. Why MBA and why now?
3. Why INSEAD, and in particular what will getting an MBA outside of the US contribute to your growth/experience.
4. Long term/short term goals.
5. Tell me about a skill/job/experience you had that wasn’t able to make it onto your 1 page résumé.
Overall the tone was easy going however, the initial technology issues I experienced was not a strong way to start off. Best of luck!
