Interview was at a hotel. I was 15 minutes early so the interviewer started the interview early. She started with explaining the process and that she will take notes.

Tell me about a time when
2) you had to work with a difficult person
3) you solved a difficult problem with an innovative solution
4) you had to work with a struggling team
5) you had to make a decision quickly
6) Why MBA? Why now? Why MIT?
I asked 2-3 questions for which the interviewer didn’t have any answer so not sure if she felt bad for it :-/ Overall, the interview atmosphere ensured I am comfortable.
