My interviewer was a BCG consultant and I interviewed at his office after a full-day campus interview. I can tell he was pretty tired. He took lots of notes during the interview.
Questions were mainly about my career aspirations and how to achieve these goals. Only one behavioral question regarding my leadership story. The whole conversation went really well and at the end of the interview he gave me lots of advice regarding resources from Columbia and even personal contacts to connect with.
