In this edition of Real Humans: MBA Students, we head to Bloomington, Indiana, to meet some new MBA candidates at the Indiana Kelley School of Business.

The 92 members of the Kelley MBA Class of 2022 have an average age of 29 and an average of 5.5 years of work experience. Women comprise 35% of the class and 23% are international students. Twenty-nine percent identify as minorities.

During their undergraduate years, the group averaged a 3.32 GPA. Thirty-seven percent had earned undergraduate degrees in business administration. Thirty percent majored in social sciences and humanities, while another 28% pursued science and engineering. When it came time to take the GMAT, the new Kelley MBA students averaged a score of 652.
