It was very conversational. We started off with small talk and then transitioned into the interview. My interviewer was very nice and welcoming. The questions asked were:

Can you walk me through your resume to put it in more context?
Can you explain your short/long-term goals? And why MBA?
Why Tuck?
What is your proudest accomplishment?
What is an area of weakness you hope to work on or have been working on improving already?
Tell me about a time you had to deliver tough feedback.
What would you want your legacy to be at Tuck?
Is there anything else you want me to know that you weren’t able to touch on?
Any questions for me?

I would definitely say that the more conversational it feels the better. Be comfortable with engaging in the conversation before the interview questions start. Make sure you have a few questions prepared and if you are asked if there is anything else you want them to know, if you have nothing else, use it as a chance to recap the things you want to make sure they know about you (keep it brief).

Good luck folks!!
