The interview was very conversational and low-pressure. Here are the questions I encountered:

1) Walk through of your resume/tell the interviewer about yourself.
2) A time when you encountered something difficult or overcame a challenge.
3) Your short-term and long-term goals.
4) Why is now the right time for you to do an MBA?
5) Why McCombs specifically?
6) Your Plan B, in case business school does not work out?
7) What did you learn about yourself through the application process?
8) What have you learned in the past year because of all the unexpected changes brought from COVID-19?
9) A piece of constructive criticism you have received.
10) The strongest and weakest part(s) of your application.
11) What will you bring to McCombs during your time there?
12) Any questions for the interviewer?

My interview took the entire hour allotted; because it was conversational, some of the questions flowed from one into the other seamlessly.
