Got an invite on 25th Feb. Scheduled it for 23rd. I was interviewed by a 2nd year. The interview was formal but relaxed. The questions asked are very general with no curveballs. The interviewer was very engaging in the conversation. Lasted 45 mins.

Questions in order (mostly):
1. Take me through your professional journey. What did you learn at each stage?
2. Tell me about a time you had to come up with an innovative solution.
3. What are your short-term and long-term goals?
4. What are the top 3 companies you would like to work for in the short term?
5. What is your plan B, if the short-term goal doesn’t work out?
6. Why MBA? Why now?
7. Tell me about a time you worked with someone having a different perspective. How did their/your perspective change and what did you learn from it?
8. Why do you want to come to McCombs?
9. What did you learn about yourself from the application process?
10. What are the strong & weakest part of your application?
11. Tell me a piece of constructive criticism you received? What did you do to overcome it?
12. What other schools have you applied to? Where does McCombs stand in the list?
13. What do you do in your free time?
14. Is there anything you would like the admission committee to know?
15. Questions for me?

After I typed out all the questions, I realized we covered 13-14 good questions in 45 mins. All of it was pretty free-flowing. Overall great experience.
