If you applied to Harvard Business School in Round 2, get ready for some big application news from the school on Wednesday, February 2nd at noon EST. Applicants from Round 1 who have been awaiting news on their admissions status should also tune in. In a post to the Direct from the Director’s blog, Managing Director of HBS admissions Chad Losee shared the following details:

“Next week, on Wednesday, February 2 at 12:00 noon eastern, everyone who applied in Round 2—or received a “Further Consideration” decision in Round 1—will receive an update via the Application Status page. Either you will be invited to interview (good news!) or released from our process at this point. Those invited to interview will be able to sign-up for an interview slot on Thursday, February 3. As a reminder, all interviews will be conducted via Zoom and will take place between mid-February to early-March.”

Of course, MBA LiveWire will light up on that Wednesday with applicants reporting their invites. And if there are any snags or delays in the release, reports of those will surely surface on LiveWire as well. You could choose—optimistically—to spend your waiting time preparing for an interview. The Clear Admit HBS Interview Guide can give you an important head start. It’s packed with vital, up-to-date interview preparation guidance, including commonly asked questions and advice on how to form strategy around the post-interview leg of the process.

And as always, remember that the Clear Admit Interview Archive also offers a repository of applicant-submitted details about the interview process.

Best of luck!
