Much warmer and conversational than I expected!
Interviewer started off by telling me she thought my essay was amazing, which instantly put me at ease. She asked me a great deal of follow-up questions about that, as well as dove into one of the extracurriculars I had briefly mentioned in the app (surprised me!). Only one or two questions about my current role, which CEOs I follow / admire (but no follow-ups here), why an MBA, etc.
Lovely experience, not the pop quiz I’d anticipated!
