INSEAD MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 3 / Alumni / Google Meet

There were two interviews, one hour each. One interview was very very tough. Both interviews focused on my goal after the MBA. Since my goal is about opening a social enterprise that is financial viable on its own, both interviews were grilling me on ROI and one even asked me to do an impromptu pitch.

There are also some standard questions:
1. Why MBA / why INSEAD / why now?
2. Tell me about your accomplishment story.
3. Tell me about your reasons for each professional move.
4. Tell me about how you work in a diverse team.
5. Tell me about your strengths and weakness.

I have to say that the school did a great job at matching alumnus. One has the same areas of expertise and the other used to volunteer at the same foundation. I think the really aim to understand the goal and how INSEAD can help me achieve it.
