I had a virtual interview with an alum that graduated over 10 years ago. LBS spent a lot of time matching me with my interviewer and they did a really good job since our backgrounds were extremely similar.
A lot of the interview was focused on my professional work/industry background questions since we had that in common.
This was followed by the common and expected behavior related questions (team conflicts, why MBA, why LBS, why London, my accomplishments and challenges, what other schools I am applying at).
I felt the case question in the interview did not go as well, but the main thing was to remain confident.
