Blind interview. The only piece of data my interviewer had received beforehand was my resume, which I had emailed them. The interview went on for about 1 hour 10 minutes. The interviewer was extremely friendly, and the interview was a two-way conversation. This is by far the most pleasant interview I have had so far!
Questions:
- Why MBA?
- Why CBS?
- A behavioral about teamwork (prompt was vague, but I specified a type of situation when answering). I then got a mini follow-up about how would I take this experience and bring it to the CBS classroom/EC.
I was given ample time to ask questions.
I learned a lot from my interviewer. They did emphasize that the interview was just a single data point and that they had no other information about my overall candidacy.
