Why did you make the decision to attend business school? Why now?
After years of working at the intersection of medicine, research, and digital health innovation, I realized that to create scalable solutions I needed a solid foundation in business strategy, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Now is the right time because I’ve built strong clinical and research expertise, and I want to complement that with the tools to translate innovation into sustainable impact.
Why did you choose Cambridge Judge? What factors figured most prominently into your decision of where to attend?
Cambridge stood out for its one-year, highly immersive program, its collaborative culture, and its strong focus on healthcare and innovation. The Judge community, together with the Cambridge ecosystem of start-ups, research centers, and global networks, provides the ideal environment to experiment, learn, and grow.
What do you think is your most valuable or differentiating contribution to the Class of 2025?
I bring a unique perspective as a medical doctor and researcher who has worked both at the patient’s bedside and in digital healthcare projects.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that didn’t get included on your application:
I enjoy challenging myself by trying new sports, and while at Cambridge I’m especially excited to give rowing a try.
Post-MBA career interests:
While I aim to transition into roles at the intersection of biotech, pharma, and digital health, I also plan to use the MBA as a launching platform for what may come.
Advice for Current Prospective Applicants:
–What is one thing you would absolutely do again as part of your application process?
Reflect deeply on my personal story and long-term vision, it helped me find clarity and authenticity in my essays and interviews.
–What is one thing you would change or do differently?
Start preparing earlier for the GMAT and application essays to reduce stress and give more space for reflection.
–What is one part you would have skipped if you could—and what helped you get through it?
The endless editing of essays felt draining, but feedback from mentors and peers reminded me that refining my story was worth the effort.
What is your initial impression of the Cambridge Judge students/culture/community?
It’s a diverse, welcoming, and collaborative community. I’ve been impressed by how open people are to sharing their knowledge and supporting each other’s ambitions.
What student organizations have you joined/are you hoping to join and why?
While I haven’t decided I hope to join the healthcare sig and/or the latinos sig.
What is one thing you have learned about Cambridge Judge that has surprised you?
How accessible and supportive the broader Cambridge ecosystem is—from start-ups to research hubs, there’s a genuine willingness to collaborate and innovate together.
What is one thing you are most excited about?
I’m most excited about immersing myself in the Cambridge community—working on live projects, collaborating across disciplines, and building lifelong friendships while shaping the next step of my career.
