For this Real Humans, we turn to the Master of Management Studies (MMS) program at Duke University to hear from new members of the Class of 2026. The MMS program is a ten-month, full-time, in-person program. Out of Durham, NC, we hear from Grace Jostock, who pairs a Human Resource Management/Psychology background and Division I athletics with Fuqua’s team-based learning to launch a people-centric career in organizational development and culture. Then, Luis Rivera III returns home to the Triangle as a Class Representative who channels his Black/Latino/LGBTQ+ perspectives into inclusive leadership, aiming for tech or medical-device sales. We also hear from Karolína Beránková, a Duke undergrad and former athlete from Prague, who seeks to deepen her business toolkit and step into medical sales in RTP. Annabelle Wright builds on Duke Sociology + Markets & Management with MMS to pursue marketing, paying forward support as an Admissions Ambassador in a community she describes as diverse, warm, and collaborative. Additionally, Yu-Peng “Joey” Chen brings valuation/M&A experience and family energy-business operations from Taiwan, targeting strategy consulting now and long-term modernization of his family’s gas-station enterprise amid energy transition.
Finally, Britton Landrum, class Vice President and UGA alum, leans into Fuqua’s client consulting and network to break into strategic management consulting while cultivating a class culture of connection and school spirit.

Together, these six “Team Fuqua” leaders blend global perspective, service mindsets, and hands-on hustle. Read on for their stories.
