Why did you make the decision to attend business school? Why now?
I wanted to attend business school to gain a holistic view of business management and to evolve as a leader. Earlier in my career, I was focused on building experience. Now, I feel prepared to step back, challenge myself, and reframe my leadership for the next stage of my career.
Why did you choose IMD? What factors figured most prominently into your decision of where to attend?
I chose IMD because of the unique focus on leadership development. I wanted a program that could strengthen my leadership beyond the classroom, with growth through practice. IMD stood out because of the personalized leadership journey embedded into the program throughout the year and the diverse cohort that challenges to see different perspectives.
What do you think is your most valuable or differentiating contribution to the Class of 2025?
