In this episode, Susan Caraviello, Vice President, Consultant Recruiting at Bain & Company, sheds light on strategy consulting, what her company looks for, the recruiting process and more.
Susan has honed her expertise over decades at Bain. After earning her MBA from Dartmouth Tuck in 1991, she joined the prominent firm, rising from consultant, to senior manager and then associate partner in the 1990s. She capped off the decade as a partner, serving in that role until 2007. Her clients in the early 2000s were primarily in the CPG and retail sectors. Since 2007, she has overseen the recruitment process for Bain consultants as Vice President, Consultant Recruiting.
