There were two alumni interviews, both one-hour long. While overall the interviewers were friendly, they did ask a couple of follow-up questions, specifically on my post-MBA goals. One of the interviewers was more stern while the other was more relaxed. The following are the questions asked:

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What decisions did you take leading up to your first job? (e.g., undergrad major, internships) What influenced those decisions?
3. Why did you enroll in your first job? Describe a sample project.
4. Why MBA? Why now?
5. Post-MBA goals? (I got follow-ups on why I want to open my own fund in the long term or why is this the only way to achieve my goal.)
6. How will you contribute to the INSEAD community?
7. What kind of a leader are you? Share some stories where you demonstrated leadership.
8. Have you worked in diverse backgrounds? Share an example (e.g., I had spent 3 weeks in Ethiopia for work so the interviewer asked me about local festivals I celebrated there).
9. What was a tough decision you dealt with?
10. Tell me about a time you collaborated with a team member.
11. What is your biggest failure? / TMAT you made a mistake at work.
12. Any questions for me?

I think overall be very well-versed with your story. Do not try to fake your answers as the interviewers can understand. Be prepared with at least 5-6 behavioural stories as they ask a lot of those questions. My interview decision was waitlist – the second interviewer mentioned towards the end of the interview that I had less work experience (about 3.5 years at that time). All the best!
