Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Fridays From The Frontline, Clear Admit’s weekly round up of the latest news from the b-school blogosphere. With the American holiday of Thanksgiving just a day behind us, we hope that those who celebrate had a particularly festive turkey day. This week applicants and students checked in with additional news about their respective application and academic experiences.

Ellie prepared her readers for a bit of blog silence as she waited to board a plane to India for her sister’s weddingPoetic Quant described his LBS interview as very fun and informativeDomotron also focused his latest blog post on an interview experience, commenting on the Wharton team-based discussionMBA the Nonprofit Way shared a disappointing zap from Stanford and reflected on the elements of their application that may have been weakExpecting MBA Milf fared better with a Stanford interview invitation, and described that experience, as well as her Anderson interview.  MBA Girl Journey reviewed Clear Admit’s Wharton interview guideTimBob recounted his London HBS interview, which he described as relaxed and free flowingMBAReapplicant updated his readers with much news, including a waitlist decision from Haas and an exciting Kellogg interview

Anderson ’15 Alena celebrated her first Thanksgiving in the States and focused on a blog entry about leadership, initiative and team work. Judge ’15 Kristin discussed her intention to start a business in the next year and pursued guidance and insights through several school activities. LBS ’15 Ugo continued to adjust to the size of London and its public transportation system while acclimating to the much lower temperatures. McCombs ’15 Chirali attempted to interview her husband about his perspective on their long-distance MBA relationship before sharing more of her own thoughts on how to make it work.

Fuqua ’14 Jen described how different her goals are now (consulting) from the goals she originally intended to pursue during an MBA (zero-waste island resorts). INSEAD ’14J Louise found ten “little selves” inside of her as a result of her MBA experiences.
