The following LBS interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
Alumni talked about my background, commonalities. Then went to basic questions on why LBS, why the career I’d chosen. He asked about the decisions I’d taken in life and how I ended up working investment banking. He also made sure I was a genuine person and looked for common contacts in my firm and asked me if I knew them. He was from the Trading side while I was in IBD in another bank. He asked me questions on the state of economy and my views on interest rates, oil etc.
The interview ended with a case study, largely an organizational behavior one. The topic was around a demotivated team in a changing environment and how I would change policies. I did exceptionally well in it as I like OB.
Eventually got through and now attending.
