Interview was very relaxed. He told me at the start that there were 6 questions he asks everyone and that we would have time to freely chat after that. Questions were
1. Why MBA and why Haas?
2. TMAT you encouraged diversity and equitable opportunities.
3. TMAT you made a positive impact.
4. TMAT you got constructive criticism.
5. TMAT you lead with humility.
6. Do you have anything else you want to add?
Was a little bit thrown off that I wasn’t asked the typical “introduce yourself/walk me through your resume,” but the rest of the questions were straight forward. Interviewer was a recent grad and seemed legitimately interested in showing Haas in the best light and highlighting his great experience there.
