The interview was relatively straight forward. The Adcom was very warm and honestly enjoyable to talk to. As other interview reflections have mentioned in the past, you are brought up to a waiting room with other candidates and then called in one at a time.
Interview questions focused on my career journey, industry, Why HBS?, and a few other resume based questions. Overall, I didn’t stress the prep and just focused on being “me.” I think it went over well and will be happy with the outcome as I put my best foot forward.
