I attended a pre-recorded interview.
There were pre-recorded questions to be answered within 3 minutes and, before that, 45 seconds to think. The questions are accompanied by a brief intro to each of Haas’ Defining Leadership Principles, so knowing these well will enable students to shaped their answer closer to what the adcom expects.
Q1: What do you hope to accomplish out of your business school experience and why is Haas the right place for this?
Q2: Describe an experience in DE&I, whether in the workplace or at a community organization, that will enhance your contribution to the Haas community.
Q3: Tell me about a time you had to work on a complicated project and morale was low.
Q4: Tell me about a time you championed a creative initiative in the workplace. What was thought process and attitude?
Q5: Is there anything else you would like to add that hasn’t been covered already?
