Welcome to another edition of Interview Report Roundup. This week, we’re taking a closer look at MBA admissions interview reports that HBS, INSEAD and MIT Sloan applicants have recently shared to the Clear Admit Interview Archive.

A Round 1 MBA hopeful for Harvard Business School faced an adcom member very familiar with their application, as the contributor noted, “The interviewer had read the entire application in detail (including details I had mentioned only in the application form) and had done basic research on some of the niche parts of my work.” Here’s a glimpse of some of the questions they were given:
